I don't want to listen to them talk about sports, but this morning show on da FAN should never deviate from the topic.

By the end of Tim and Bob, I found myself listening to them more than the other 2. The 2 of them trolling yinzers was quite enjoyable.Dickie Dunn wrote:Was a solid third option when burnt out by the stupidity of The Fan and the growing lack of humor from DVE.FreeCandy44 wrote:Tim Benz is on the X right now. The guy that calls Madden? No, and I'm not brazen enough to go by that Jewish title.columbia wrote:Is Troy "The Hebrew Hammer?"
I'd be more like "Selectively Hebrew".

I think Dunlap's doing fine. Miller is still just along for the ride. Barely says anything interesting or insightful.

Re: The Official LGP Pittsburgh Sport Radio Thread
I actually think the opposite. Show does nothing for me but I think can get better. Millers always had those occasional dry 1 liners that make me laugh, but actual content wise, he adds nothing. I drive to work roughly 7:30-7:45, and I am not a morning person so Dunlaps voice just can't happen for me. I don't particularly like Dunlap, but as I've said before I give him credit because I did enjoy the Saturday morning Bucco Talk show, but to me Gianotti could play off of the goofy, unfunny stuff TFMS did, Dunlap doesn't have the personality too.pensfan1989 wrote:I don't think Dunlap and Miller are too bad on the morning show...yet

Yea, Miller is there to just hang out. It's pretty obvious he does little to no prep and mails it in.

Re: The Official LGP Pittsburgh Sport Radio Thread
I've never been a fan of dunlap but I like listening to the morning show. I really liked GG and Miller, there was some back and forth and miller actually got to talk some. This week I've really tried to listen with an open mind and Dunlap never shuts up, Miller barely gets a word in. Now maybe that's because Dunlap isn't used to working with someone else, and it may improve with time. But right now, I can't stand the morning show.DudeMan2766 wrote:I actually think the opposite. Got in my car after work, turned on The Fan, heard Rob Rossi co-hosting with Joe Starkey, changed the station and never went back.
