At least there should be some decent Pitt talk, even though it will be bumbly and disjointed.

Re: The Official LGP Pittsburgh Sport Radio Thread
I don't think they've had a set 6-10 host since Dunlap was moved. I've heard Zeise, Chris Mack, and Dan Kingerski in that spot over the past couple weeks. Guess Zeise was the "winner".JS© wrote:Did it again.Dickie Dunn wrote:? Re: The Official LGP Pittsburgh Sport Radio Thread
I'd take Zeise over Poni or Dunlap; Zeise plods around with lots of uhs and ya knows, but at least he doesn't have that smarmy knowitall madden-lite persona.
He'd be a fun guy to tailgate with.

This gentleman actually did chat with Ziese in the parking lot at heinz. He was a nice guy.
He makes good points on the radio, but he has no polish

I was listening to Mueller and Starkey on the way home and they were discussing the super bowl commercials. Mueller went on a rant about the Budweiser ad that made fun of craft beer snobs. He seemed legitimately offended. lol. They even moved on and he revisited the topic and went on a second rant.

Re: The Official LGP Pittsburgh Sport Radio Thread
I listened for like 5 minutes on the way home and heard Mueller get extremely defensive when a caller gave him a hard time about his new-found contrarian view point on everything (Bettis isn't a hall of famer, Carroll didn't make a stupid call, deflate gate meant absolutely nothing to him). Over the past two months whatever the popular opinion is Mueller immediately goes to the opposite. He's like a mini-Fillipponi.DudeMan2766 wrote:I was listening to Mueller and Starkey on the way home and they were discussing the super bowl commercials. I've noticed that change also. It's getting to the point I can't listen more than a few minutes.Dickie Dunn wrote:I listened for like 5 minutes on the way home and heard Mueller get extremely defensive when a caller gave him a hard time about his new-found contrarian view point on everything (Bettis isn't a hall of famer, Carroll didn't make a stupid call, deflate gate meant absolutely nothing to him). While I certainly harbor no personal ill will against him and wish no harm upon him or his family, as a broadcaster Mr. Mueller can go and leap into the nearby body of water of his choosing.Dickie Dunn wrote:I listened for like 5 minutes on the way home and heard Mueller get extremely defensive when a caller gave him a hard time about his new-found contrarian view point on everything (Bettis isn't a hall of famer, Carroll didn't make a stupid call, deflate gate meant absolutely nothing to him).
