To my late mom and grandmas, wife,daughter, daughter-in-law,sisters and 6 grandaughters(5 of which are still girls)

There was a recent documentary on the Triangle Shirtwaist fire mentioned which helped start a large garment workers strike and work safety improvements. I also saw a TV movie about the tragedy. There were male and very young victims but it was mostly immigrant women who died.
Worth reading about if you don't know about this event.
