I feel like I'm getting closer and closer to Lucid Dreaming. I haven't been practicing to do it, but I realized in my dream a few nights ago (In which we moved to space) that it was stupid and I was dreaming. I woke up right after though
Whenever I realize I'm dreaming I'm always afraid of what could happen in it (aka monster eating the **** out of me) so I kill myself in the dream as soon as possible.

it's very gruesome
That makes complete sense though, I've done this before as well haha.
Dear people who put up job postings: if you're looking for a junior or entry level software engineer, don't put "5+ years professional experience" as a requirement
I feel like this may help answer the questions, but the mods can feel free to delete if need be. There was no single thing that occurred that caused this. Apparently it was a consistent breaking and/or ignoring of the board rules, thus the posting of board rules in every forum. One of the rules is to not confront mods, so any questions of why this was happening, why are posts getting deleted, why are threads getting deleted were seen as public confrontation of the mods and thus taken care of by the mod team. If you take questions to PM you're more likely to get a response than publicly posting questions about rules and violations of them.
Was gonna say I'd be happy to PM folks with a little more detail about the situation (I asked the mods a couple of things, 'cause I was the next GDT creator after the fiasco), but c2i summed it up pretty well.
I was wondering why there were links to the board rules all over the place, thanks for clearing it up. I hope tifosi does come back at some point though. I'm not sure if he's just a master googler or if he really does have mountains of knowledge on literally every single topic, but I enjoy reading his posts regardless.
I worked at Universal Music in 2001 when Wes Borland quit the band. The day he quit, I had a meeting with Interscope's director of international marketing to go over licensing requests for the week. When I walked into his office, I asked him why he thought Wes walked away. He said, "He probably just realized....I'm the guitar player for Limp Bizkit".
