Let me know how you like the Sofie. I'm currently enjoying Epic's Brainless Belgian IPA. Pretty good stuff

I'm look forward to the Sofie. It was one of the beers I wanted to try at Beerfest that simply wasn't there. Planning to drink that tonight.

Sofie is awesome.
I stopped by voodoo brewery in Homestead today, had the kids so I couldn't try anything on tap, but I got a growler and some bottles. Pretty cool simple place, look forward to going back. It was packed

Re: GIVE ME YOUR BEER SUGGESTIONS!!
I went yesterday, eddy. Snagged a big growler of H2P and a smaller growler of love child for the wife. Also picked up their teku, so thanks to UVM for that. I really dig the h2p...its nothing world changing, but very drinkable for me considering the style.

Mystery beer at sharp edge was an ipa tonight. Love when they turn out to be decent beer instead of oh my god what is this?

@canaan glad you snagged the teku. H2p is pretty killer and good vibes is wonderful as well.
The barrel room stuff is all on draft today. Surprisingly the tequila wheat wine is killer: worth a trip up. It was packed as eddy stated, however they make some mean brews.

UVM2003: do you work there?
I got a growler of white majick of the sun which the wife and I both thoroughly enjoyed. Grabbed some bottles of good vibes, hoodoo, and big black voodoo daddy. That barrel stuff all sounded wonderful and was very tempting, but wife and kids were out in the car.

Re: GIVE ME YOUR BEER SUGGESTIONS!!
I had that and Chillwave the same night to compare them and it really proved that I prefer a less malty IPA. I really like Centennial, but it is much maltier than Chillwave, which I love.Jofa Guy wrote:Founders centennial ipa sixer during this horrible game. Only thing that's getting me through, I like it

Waitress didn't give us the special beer menu yesterday. Saw they had raison d'extra just as I was paying the check. Grumble grumble.

I assume chillwave is founders? Don't wanna look it up on my phone lol. I really enjoy centennial but I also prefer less malty IPAs. Have you had Odell's ipa?MWB wrote:I had that and Chillwave the same night to compare them and it really proved that I prefer a less malty IPA. A co-worker is from Wisconsin and she is supposed to hook me up with some New Glarus next month. Anything specific to request?

Enjoying a hop juju and see they make a super juicy hop juju (guessing tap only), anyone try it before?
