Greek Yogurt and granola, with prunes or raspberries.
Coffee with cream

I don't usually eat anything after dinner at 6/6:30. So I'm eager to wake up and get something to eat, so i'm always out of bed by 5:30.

I'm so much more alert and active in the morning, I attribute that to smart eating.

I like the low sodium variety...lots of potassium, helps you keep that sodium-potassium balance if you have a big salt diet like myself.

I worked for a design/programming company, which managed the Luna and Cliff bar websites. We had a retail stand in the office and they shipped us bars every month. I ate 2-3 of those a day for two years and haven't touched one since. Not because they are bad, but you can only have so many. Besides, I'm not sure that I could bring myself to pay for either brand after all of those freebies.

Peripherally related, but last month in Manhattan I had a nova bagel with tomato, onion, capers, and scallion cream cheese. That's probably my favorite breakfast ever.
