It's early, but given Villanova's penchant for tournament choking, would not surprise me at all to see them lose tonight.

Patented shad reverse jinx. I like it (I picked nova to win it all)shafnutz05 wrote:It's early, but given Villanova's penchant for tournament choking, would not surprise me at all to see them lose tonight.

Re: College Hoops
haha not a reverse jinx at all. I don't trust Nova for a second in the tournament. I have Virginia advancing to the Final Four out of that region in all of my brackets.count2infinity wrote:Patented shad reverse jinx. Appears Nova has the misfortune of playing NC State on one of the days where the Wolfpack like basketball.

Re: College Hoops
Unreal couple of offensive plays there for NCST. First, that beautiful fadeaway jumper from about 18 feet, then the crazy drive to the hoop layup by Barber. 3 point lead to 7 point lead in a matter of 30 seconds.

Re: College Hoops
lol, like I said, I have about four different brackets, and Nova doesn't make the FF in any of them. They haven't made it there since 2009, and Jay Wright teams have a penchant for underperforming.FreeCandy44 wrote:There it is....count2infinity wrote:Patented shad reverse jinx. Re: College Hoops
Rooting for/picking Villanova is like hoping Charlie Brown gets to kick the football. I can now go on with the rest of my year as the annual March choke of Villanova is complete. But don't worry, Jay Wright is still a good coach. :eyeroll:

So I guess Duke will go further than Virginia.
