Re: Your irrational pet peeves
Watching old Royal Rumbles on youtube, and watching one guy trying to put another guy over a top rope.. struggling... working... pushing...
only to have a guy come over to him for no reason and punch him in the back of the head, saving the guy who was almost eliminated.
why? Why not just help out and eliminate the guy? Worse yet - I've seen this happen when someone was trying to eliminate a 7+ foot tall guy or huge fat guy (too many to name).

Someone is flying (well, hovering, really) one of those quadcopter drones about 100' above my neighborhood.
Legal to shoot out of the sky, yes or no?

You're in Cali, I thought you weren't legally allowed to own anything more powerful than a Nerf gun. But if you've got something quiet, bring that annoyance down. Shoot a crossbow bolt at it.tifosi77 wrote:Someone is flying (well, hovering, really) one of those quadcopter drones about 100' above my neighborhood.

That moment when you realize that all 300+ photos you took at the airshow with the long lens are out of focus......

to continue my pet peeve from Friday where a feminazi was yelling at me... today I went for a cup of coffee and when walking through the student union, some big burly dude jumps out in front of me wearing a rainbow flag for a cape says "HEY! WOULD YOU LIKE A GAY HUG???" Is it too much to ask to just be left alone? Jesus... just leave me the f*** alone.

Re: Your irrational pet peeves
Well, I guess here's where the irrational part comes in. He called it a gay hug. Not a hug, a gay hug. The community has been going on and on about how they don't want gay marriage, they just want marriage. They don't want labels, they want what they do to be normal and not have shock when people see homosexual activity. Oh well. Like I said, at least he didn't call me names.

Re: Your irrational pet peeves
I'd be skeeved out by anyone who jumped out and asked if I wanted a, "big ______ hug". Be it a big burly dude with whatever agenda or the hottest coed on campus for a save the kittens campaign... If you don't know me don't touch me.

All weddings are a little bit gay, anyway.
But the idea of a 'gay wedding'??? Sign me up! That sounds fabulous.

I would have accepted a hug. I would have declined a "gay hug."

The girl on sandwich duty at Wendy's today had a streak in her hair that gave the appearance of being a bald spot at first glance. It really annoyed the hell out of me for some reason.

Would you have been more or less annoyed if it had been an actual bald spot?the wicked child wrote:The girl on sandwich duty at Wendy's today had a streak in her hair that gave the appearance of being a bald spot at first glance. It really annoyed the hell out of me for some reason.

Hmm. Probably less annoyed, because I wouldn't be wondering why the hell she thought it was a good idea.Hockeynut! wrote:Would you have been more or less annoyed if it had been an actual bald spot?the wicked child wrote:The girl on sandwich duty at Wendy's today had a streak in her hair that gave the appearance of being a bald spot at first glance.
