Surgery
So Monday morning I just underwent emergency appendectomy surgery. Thankfully it was all done laparoscopically, but boy oh boy and I sore. Has anyone else had this done and what was the typical recovery time to where you started to feel normal again.

Are you feeling better yet? Internet says 1-3 weeks.

Yep all healed up. Took about a month to do my normal heavy lifting stuff at my job.

How about hernia surgery, has anyone had any experience with this? I got one and got to see the surgeon to set up my surgery. Can I do cardio waiting for this to be done? How long did you miss work and how long until you could resume normal activities??
