Already cleared 25,000. Wondering how they will handle division alignment, does Phoenix finally move someplace further East like Houston or KC or do they just move them to the central since they are the furthest east team as it is now?
Pacific: Vegas, Anaheim, LA, SJ, Seattle, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton
Central: Arizona, Colorado, Dallas, St. Louis, Winnipeg, Chicago, St. Louis, Nashville
Just need the Panthers to move to Quebec, shift Columbus up to the new Northeast and reclaim the ATLANITC name with Tampa swapping in and burying the stupid Metro name forever.

It will be interesting to see what kind of expansion team 650mil and expansion draft rules will get Seattle. We already see what 500mil did for Vegas.

East stays the same, for now.
Add Seattle to the Pacific subtract Arizona from Pacific and put them in the Central.
The Yotes I suspect will move to Houston once that gets figured out. After that once the league admits Florida Panthers was a mistake they will move to Quebec.

This certainly seems logical. NHL will want to get into the Houston market. There is a big population down there as well as big $$$ corporations. It will create a nice Texas rivalry with Dallas. As well as realignment you can now change the playoff format.
4 - 8 team divisions or confrences.
do you do a simple 1 vs 4 and 2 vs 3 in each division or do you still use wildcards some where??
82 game schedule.
5 games vs your 7 divisional team. 35 games
2 games vs your outer division 48 games. +35 = 83
41 home and 41 away and 1 netural zone site game.
there is so much you can do.
