No matter what happens, they had a winning record at some point this season.

The third base coach needs fired. He has supplanted everyone as the worst coach in Pittsburgh.

I went through their affiliates and no Sullivan but now I want a Greensboro Grasshoppers hat.

Jared Jones is a beast! 10 K's in his major league debut! Also, Paul Skenes pitched 3 innings of no-hit ball with 5 K's for Indy today. Nice AAA debut for him.
EDIT: 3 in a row! Look at 'em go!!!

Re: Pittsburgh Pirates 2024
Having Skenes in AAA does make sense to get his work load to be 7 innings in the majors. No doubt he could be amazing in 3-4 but we need him to be able to pitch deep in the game. Hopefully that’s the actual reason he’s done there and not because the Pirates are cheap and always look to delay bringing up guys who are ready so they can hold on to their rights one more year which is dumb because they always trade way anyone who is good.

4-0!!!
My son and his age group could care less. The pirates have sucked for so long there almost is no young fanbase.

Let’s see if this is the not so unusual hot start through April that comes crashing down in May.lemieuxReturns wrote: Sun Mar 31, 2024 5:41 pm4-0!!!

Rowdy Tellez is to MLB as Matt Hagen is to NHRA as BigMck is to LGP!

The home plate umpire tonight is garbage. He's trying to be like an NHL ref.
