I think Crosby will stay. I think there's a fair chance he eventually has a shorter career as he continues to miss the postseason over the next few years. He clearly has a lot left in the tank, but I think the inevitable failure of the team as a whole will lead him to retire 1-2-3 years earlier than if he was on a contender.
