Was about to post something similar. Worst loss ever was in 78-79, 12-0 to Montreal. Dallas is on 18-0 pace, which would be an NHL record. Montreal had a 16-3 win against the Quebec Bulldogs in 1920. In the post-expansion era, the Minnesota North Stars won 15-2 vs Winnipeg in 1981.
