It’s hilarious that the thing that will end up getting a cap is the Dodgers buying everyone so other huge spending teams call foul and say it’s not fair.
Any Cap needs a floor though, only way to get the Pirates try to be competitive maybe or at least attempt to keep their home grown prospects at fair market value.
