How do you come off a TO into an illegal formation?

Next draft needs to revamp the DL, it’s been not good for a while.

Some said this is a trap game. It’s just a regular Browns game.

Great time for Russ to forget how to play football.

Brutal scheduling by the NFL. Ravens then Thursday at Browns. Short week. Bruised bodies from last week. Not a trap game. More like a win for the NFL scheduling department.DelPen wrote: Thu Nov 21, 2024 9:09 pmSome said this is a trap game. It’s just a regular Browns game.

This is not a defense Russ should be playing against. He’s just too slow. 2nd half needs to be 3 step and out type plays.

Wilson has enough time to throw the ball on these sacks. Needs to get rid of it a lot faster.

That’s what Winston is doing. When you have a stud pass rusher, you need to plan for it. The Steelers think they can handle Garrett.DelPen wrote: Thu Nov 21, 2024 9:29 pmWilson has enough time to throw the ball on these sacks. Needs to get rid of it a lot faster.

They are truly overestimating their offensive line this game. It’s been better lately, but not tonight.

I really don’t get the obsession with going for it on fourth down.

Re: Official Pittsburgh Steelers Thread
Only time I am always for it is in that 35-40 yard line where it’s just outside FG range and it’s less than a foot to go. Punting ends up just meeting 15 yards because you rarely see anyone choke up enough and at that point you can even try a hard count and take the delay to give the punter more room to not get a touchback.Admin wrote: Thu Nov 21, 2024 9:50 pmI really don’t get the obsession with going for it on fourth down.
But in your own half it’s rarely smart.

Re: Official Pittsburgh Steelers Thread
I think Tomlin is a very overrated coach and he thinks he’s more clever than he is. It’s like he doesn’t see the trend of the game. The Browns are smothering the OL and a hard fought defensive game is about field position not gambling.Admin wrote: Thu Nov 21, 2024 9:50 pmI really don’t get the obsession with going for it on fourth down.
Also, the run-run-pass-4th down approach isn’t working.

I don't understand when 4th and inches they always hand off 5 yards back

Run of speed and expectation that the OL will give push. I think it can work but needs a lead blocker.PensFanSince1970 wrote: Thu Nov 21, 2024 9:55 pmI don't understand when 4th and inches they always hand off 5 yards back

I don’t disagree with going for it, FG looks almost impossible right now.

Might need a defensive TD tonight.
