Graves gets the Goose Egg off his Stat Line with that shot.Didn't think it would happen.
Tenacious work from Lizotte gets it done.

Watching the blues telecast, at least they call the game. Not shoot the s**t like the Pens announcers.

Jarry with so many strong stops this Period.
St.Louis grinding the Pens with their Forecheck.Every loose Puck gets grabbed by their Forwards.

Graves with a terrible turnover gets bailed out by Jarry big time.

Jarry's trade value is going up! From negative a thousand to... well.. let's hope it's something.

When there’s no pressure to win is the only time he plays well. Sullivan needs to bench him and start Ned for the good of the team  :-?

Timmins picks his spot and gets one off Binnington guessing wrong.Decisive play by him.
He's looked good since the Pens acquired him.

Only silver lining is recency bias might get him moved at the draft now.

I so much hate media trying to spin that he's now suddenly a good goalie again. No.. goalies you need to be able to trust. And trust comes on foot and leaves on horseback. He's not earned a lick of it back yet.

Listening to Spezza offer the optimism regarding the WBS Youth and their future is nice to hear. The thinking of being able to develop together is sound.

Their eventual success simply has to be under a different Coaching Staff than the one currently in place at the NHL Level here.Unless that gets handled it will limit or even ruin their careers in Pittsburgh.

Jarry wants to earn my trust back as a fan, and would probably go a long way with the team...take some accountability after a bad loss. I think the first time Jarry says he'd like to have a goal back or blames himself might be the first time in his career.

You know, they have a trap door replacement right there in WBS if the need arises, playing with the kids that might come up in a year or so.. which would be when Sullivan might be more naturally let go.

Not sure that's a narrative they planned for, or have any designs on playing out. If Pens org does work like that, kudos to them (even if Sullivan needs to be gone).

His track record of never doing that and even alienating his Teammates at times is difficult to forget. That has to be what tips the balance against keeping him IMHO.

Graves interfering with Jarry on the goal was certainly a choice.

NHL media and management are **** stupid, someone will see Jarry is a two time all star and look at his stats for 2025 and make a move for him.

Graves waiting for the tip in deflection. Letang and Graves defending on the kill was also a choice.

Rust with the deflection out of mid-air just misses.

Agreed that this enters into their thinking and may eventually happen.Would not be the worst plan going forward.
