I was actually thinking about this thread earlier today and started laughing when I thought of the term "Racchi's Rug". I am always in favor of seeing this thread

Well, at least this is the original one, and someone didn't start a new one!

So, which would prevail in a brawl...
Racchi's Rug or Cowher's
(new) Teeth!

I'm not sure, but Racchi's rug would destroy Malkin's hair every time. the rug fights dirty....

Really?
I would think that every open shot that Racchi's Rug would get, it'd whiff.

I had a strange and rough day at work...but this thread puts all of that behind me. Thanks for bumping it!

Man. Apparently Racchi's rug really ties the room together.

What will happen to Racchi's rug if we trade him?

So the rug is a throw in on the trade or does it stay in Pittsburgh with the family?

in all this M Recchi drama where is our concern for Peter?
There is no hop without Recchi.

There is no Racchi without his rug so it must go.

i think the natural progression is that "Racchi's Rug" gets made into a t-shirt. yellow shirt, big black letters. you'd be a comic hero to everyone in your section at a pens game wearing this. look for these shirts at urban outfitters this spring if recchi doesn't get traded...

I checked NHL.com, and it looks like Racchi and his rug each have their own separate contracts. (no link, I'm too busy
) Unfortunately, it looks as if they share the same agent...so it would have to be a package deal for the two of them. It would've been sweet to deal Racchi but keep the rug (for organizational depth at wing). Oh well.

What a great place this is, that Malkin's hair can keep us informed of Racci's rug.
Hopefully, ron_duguays_hair will add something as well...
