The Pittsburgh Penguins have re-assigned forward Maxime Talbot to the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins, it was announced Monday by General Manager Craig Patrick.
Talbot, 21, has played in 48 games this season for Pittsburgh, recording eight points (5+3) and 59 penalty minutes.
The 5-11 and 185-pound native of Lemoyne, Quebec has also appeared in seven games with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton this season, scoring five goals and recording 10 penalty minutes.
The Penguins' eighth round pick (234th overall) in the 2002 NHL Entry Draft has appeared in 82 career games with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, recording 24 points (12+12) and 72 penalty minutes.
