Is Filewich hurt, or has he been out earlier in the playoffs?

I was looking at the stats and it seems he has only played 8 games, a little less than half? I was hoping he was injured as opposed to just being a healthy scratch. He was pretty disappointing in Pittsburgh this year, and I would hate to see him regress that much at the AHL level as well.

He was out with a back injury for 3 games of the Philly series, and a healthy scratch, I believe, for at least one game. He has not been spectacular this year.

Todd Richards has been quoted multiple times when asked about his drop off in production this year vs last year with something to the effect of "You can't play on Robert Nillson's wing every year".

As of right now, no.

But I e-mailed Dan Potash about it and he said he'll pass the word along!

It doesn't show up on the Guide for Directv, but I heard LaGreca announce the same thing. I'm just going to Tivo the NHLN from 8pm on and hope he was correct. From what you posted, I assume he was.

Disallowed goal ruled kicked-in would have tied it. Pens lose 5-4
