But the village has no control over things during this phase of the game. In theory, you just drew a giant bullseye on your chest.

dont you see the problem with that, though? why would i put myself up to be eaten by the wolves? so i can avoid the hanging tomorrow? seems kinda silly to me. if the angel doesnt protect me, its bad for the village. this is a team game, we gotta remember that. if the angel doesn't protect me, the wolves can sit back and do nothing while we continue to futily guess in the dark. was i wrong about bhaw? sure was. i had to make a choice because i didnt think anyone else had any concrete evidence to go by.
