Not sure what kind of fighter Keller is, but Caputi acquitted himself pretty good there.

The amount of fighting in the AHL is ridiculous.

He isn't..

Boy, Biz got destroyed pretty much. Henly is just huge.
Yes he did. Tonight, they play again so round 2 should be imminent.

I'm not against fighting, I'm against pointless fighting.

Why does Biz have to fight every game? I'd much rather him work on throwing a big hit and playing physical. That will go a lot longer for a team than just dropping the gloves with the other talentless-hack on the other team that is willing to get punched in the face.

That's true. However, Biz believes that his only way to make it to the NHL is by showing his fighting skills and he is trying to practice it at this level so that he can become a 'respected' goon at the next level.

I talked to a scout recently who had that exact conversation with Bissonnette. The scout asked if he thought he really needed to fight every game. Bissonnnette said yes. It's easy to see why he thinks that. Fighting is what punched his ticket to The Show. Why stop now? Also, Bissonnette told me he feels like he's still learning the fight game, and the best way to learn is by doing.

He's trying to get on as many fantasy teams as possible when he comes up, the only way to do that is to do everything he can to convince people that they'll get 5 penalty minutes a game.

Thats a great point, Biz is not exactly ready to be a teams enforcer yet, he isn't a good fighter and would get killed by most, if not all NHL heavies.
He beat up David Koci twice in preseason. He's a decent NHL heavyweight.

I didn't say Biz would do well against those fighters. I said that he beat Koci twice.

Koci beat up Orr this season. Just sayin'.

Maybe you guys will get a few Utubes of Mr. Avery getting his head bashed in soon. People will go after him in the AHL no matter the instigator calls.

Yeah, I don't know if Cote even landed a punch.

But, on the flip side, the Mormina/Bois fight was just as lopsided with Mormina beating the snot out of Bois and then throwing him face first onto the ice.

By the way, Yabo is FAT! My seats are behind the visitors bench. When the dude sits down, he has love handles sticking out on each side.
