I am now intrigued. A game that includes both a unicorn and a 'spooky' ball.wallflower wrote:Ah, busted.Admin wrote:You just love the unicorn.wallflower wrote:I love Peggle. I finally beat all the challenges and am now trying to clear all the stages.![]()
Actually, I hardly ever use the unicorn. I like the spooky ball best.

Done with Blackthorne. I was thinking maybe I should take a couple of weeks and play some of these games from Sega Genesis, Super Nintendo, and Turbo-Grafx16. When you're a kid, you obviously can't get every game that comes out. Now with the roms and emulators you get the entire library. There are 3 or 4 Donald Duck games for S. Nintendo I always wanted to play. Or Legendary Axe for TG16 - I did the first one back then, never did the second one. Or the Bonk games. I did the first, never did the other 2. Or Donkey Kong Country 1, 2, and 3. Never played those.
Maybe I'll spend a month playing some of these, before installing something big like NOLF 1+2 or Morrowind. I never played Morrowind - it's in the unplayed box with all those games I mentioned on page 3. For those who played this one, are there any mods I should look into? I don't mean any added weapons or locations... just basic things like better graphics or improved visibility (I had a mod for Dungeon Siege that gave me the first person view).

The unicorn sucks. The only ones I ever use are the pumpkin, the flower, the dragon, or the owl. And, yes...Peggle is ridiculously addicting.wallflower wrote:Ah, busted.Admin wrote:You just love the unicorn.wallflower wrote:I love Peggle. Just downloaded the Wolverine demo. It's weird when a video game gets a harsher rating than the movie it's based on.
Pretty fun beat-em-up, though.

I'm stuck in the past with my PS2. God of War II FTW. I'll probably get a PS3 when the equal comes out. As long as I've beaten FFXII and Persona 4 by then. Yes, I do have some distinctive nerd qualities.

I was messing around last night playing Mario Party 8. Haven't got to sit down and play any video games in about a month.

Has anyone purchased or played the new Punchout for Wii??
I'm thinking about getting it. Punch out for the NES is one of my top 5 favorites, and the one for the Super NES isn't bad.
How does this one compare?

I would like to point your attention to a new gem at Reflexive.
*drumroll*
May I present to you... PLANTS vs ZOMBIES!
http://www.reflexive.com/Plantsvs.Zombies.html
They try to get in your house through the front yard, the backyard, the roof (I'm here now - I don't know what's next) and you plant 49 kinds of plants (day) or mushrooms (night) to fight 26 kinds of Zombies.
Yes, there is one who drives a Zamboni.
Very funny storyline presentation by Crazy Dave (And, boy, is he crazy. They call him the Fog Man for a reason....), funny graphics, lots of choices, good amount of thinking to figure out the best combination of plants for a level.
Great fun for the whole family!

COD Modern Warfare just completed F.N.G. in 18.6 seconds my best time so far. The leaderboards have people completing it in under 5 seconds yea they sure didn't cheat...

for a long time i had very similar problems and chose none. or rather, just pes2009.neophool wrote:i must decide between
1) bioshock
2) fallout 3
3) Oblivion
4) Mass Effect
5) Call of Duty 4
6) Assassin's Creed
ARGH
but my friend living with me for a week and watching him play now has me working on fallout 3 and bioshock. bioshock 2 looks good so i'm more encouraged to play the first one.
i hope one day i get to play mass effect. assassin's creed 2 looks great too. i wish i could pause time for a year or so and get caught up on video games.

Play BioShock. It is an incredible game. One of the best games I've ever played.LeopardLetang wrote:for a long time i had very similar problems and chose none. or rather, just pes2009.neophool wrote:i must decide between

Eh, can't agree with you there. I honestly never really got into ALTTP as much as a lot of the other 2D zelda games. It certainly isn't as good as OOT IMO.
