Last night I watched, Shelly Duvalls Faerie Tale Theatre "Three Little Pigs" with Billy Crystal, Kent "flounder" Dorfman, Doris Roberts, Fred Willard and Jeff Goldblum as the wolf. This may be one of the best roles for Golblum, the entire episode is great, but Golblum is hilarious as the wolf. A must see if you have kids or not, a lot of great adult humor!

Yep, Rounders knock off. Although there is the Walken factor.

Thats what I thought when I read the plot. I like it more than Rounders so far though. I'm going to pretend that you didn't say that second part of your post.

They had 4 used DVDs for $20 at blockbuster, so I picked up the strangers, death race, tropic thunder, & the rocker. I stand by my purchase.

Has anyone seen "The Room". I saw a clip on yahoo yesterday about it being the best worst movie of all time and when it screens, it sells out all over the country with huge lines wrapped around the block. I've never heard about it, but it definately has my attention now, it's not on dvd though...

I feel like The Room's popularity is going down quiet a bit. There used to be a billboard for it on Highland Ave and Fountain in Hollywood for a year or two but that was finally taken down a couple months ago. There are still weekly screenings here but the director no longer does Q&A at all of them. Also, he was at Comic Con with his new film. I would recommend seeing it if you get a chance, though.

Also, yes, it is on DVD:

thanks for the heads up, I thought netflix said it wasn't available yet, probably just from them. I can think of a lot of good things to spend $9 on, not sure if I this should be one of them...

I watched Faerie Tale Theater's Beauty & the Beast last night. It has Susan Sarandon, Angelica Huston, and the always insane Klaus Kinski as the beast, who steals the show.

Also watched Get Shorty, I always forget how much I like this movie. Dennis Farina is hilarious throughout, really great comedy

Get Shorty is sweet, makes me sad that Be Cool was so horrible.
