De Gea is by far the best keeper in the league but at least 3 shots have gone straight at him today.

Right now, like as in the past couple months, yes. But I would take those two over him in the long term.

It's tough to rank keepers as a lot of it (much like in hockey) has to do with the team in front of them. Right now De Gea looks like a world beater though.

Absolutely. Although, they've been playing better this past month or so, and so has De Gea...

3 minutes in and the Spurs are up. Noice.

Soon enough Real Madrid is going to unleash a tsunami of cash for De Gea. I think he was a RM fan as a kid, so United is probably boned.

Oh, and Man Utd has no chance to finish above Liverpool. Nope. Not possible.

He's from Madrid, but I think he came up through the Atlético youth academy.

Yes, Atletico. There's been talk about a De Gea for Bale switch, but that seems like wild speculation.

I have Courtois on my fantasy team, so I've been following him more closely than I otherwise would. I have to say that I haven't seen much spectacular from him. He isn't called on to do much, makes the saves he should make, and doesn't often make the quasi-miraculous save that one would associate with the top keepers in the world (not that Chelsea really needs that).

Raul came from the Atletico youth academy so there's a precedent there.

Atletico closed their youth academy, so Raul went to Madrid.

Henry (expectedly) retiring today. Sad day, he's easily my favorite soccer player of all time.

Those are amazing.

I honestly feel like it would be worth it once or twice to get one of those renowned floppers - Robben, Busquets, etc - and just throat punch them.
