Nice find. He struggled early in the year, probably from adjusting back to the NA size rinks, but has been dominating the AHL over the last 2 months.

He however will never make a significant contribution at the NHL level.

I have to agree with you there. A 5'9" offensive specialist is never going to be an NHL defenseman, even if he lists himself as 5'10 or 11 in Pittsburgh.
