I was hoping maybe one or two of the Pens Euro D prospects might make the move to WBS in the upcoming season. Sersen sounds like the only guy that they'd likely have interest in; maybe Leinonen sometime. The rest have some ominous themes of a "stock dropping" , "getting passed on the prospect list" and "another bad season has chances plummeting"nature. It doesn't seem likes there's room for optimism concerning this group.

Sersen was pretty decent in camp actually. I would like to see them keep him around to see how he develops over the next year or two. His passing is good and he's mobile. He was a big point producer in juniors. I don't know that he's ready to make a big time jump to the NHL, but he's definitely worth keeping around.
Not sure what the current feelings on Seppanen are, but at some point they had planned on him being in camp last year. At one of the equipment sales around camp time, there were 5 or 6 jerseys with his name on them.
