Didn't see this elsewhere... WBS held on to win the East Division, and opens against Hershey in the first round of the AHL playoffs. (By the article, it looks like they have the old NHL division-style playoffs, with the first round being called a divisional semifinal)

The oddity is the schedule forces game 1 on the road, games 2 and 3 at home, game 4 on the road, game 5 at home, game 6 on the road, and game 7 at home.
