Sure, I'll have reports all playoffs long.

Caputi is proving that he can hang at the pro level.

What a comeback, down 4-1 to win it in OT. Should be a huge momentum builder!

Minard seems to be able to score a boat load at the AHL level, what do you think is keeping him from having success in the NHL?

playing time is one of the deterrents. when he gets 0:00 of ice time, it's hard for him to produce. :P

pfft. Crosby would so get a secondary assist while not even being on the ice.

Minard went undrafted and had to work his way up from the CHL to the ECHL to the AHL. Having to go that route and never really being considered a prospect is going to make it tough for a guy to ever even get a shot in the NHL. He's a pretty accomplished AHL player so he can probably make a nice living at that level. It'd probably help him to be in an organization where he might get more of an opportunity in the NHL. I mean, here he got called up and was a fourth liner. He's still signed by the Pens through next season, though.

Good for the Baby Pens. I'm going to try to catch one of their games soon, maybe Game 4 on Wednesday.
