Looks like he will be an assistant coach; Bylsma looks like a shoo-in to replace Richards.

Look for Bonvie to be the assistant. I think he will make a fine coach. Bylsma seems to be a good replacement. He was an assistant with the NYI a few years ago.

It was bound to happen. It's not going to be long before Chuck Fletcher is a GM somewhere. When you fill an organization with quality people and have success, other teams will give them bigger opportunities.
