FIVE PENS TO WATCH

1. DUSTIN JEFFREY: Breakout scorer led Penguins with 11 points in eight games against Albany in the regular season.

2. CHRIS CONNER: Streaky scorer has six points in Feb. 17 meeting with Albany and none in the other five games he played against the Rats.

3. WYATT SMITH: Veteran captain has another gear for playoffs. Won a Calder Cup with Milwaukee in 2004.

4. ERIC TANGRADI: Power forward prospect was a point-per-game guy in junior playoffs who seems to play well against Albany.

5. BEN LOVEJOY: Minutes eater has thrived against opponents' top players in previous playoffs.

Unreal. Letestu and Johnson score to tie it at 3-3.

Then the Rats score with :50 sec left to win it

Captain Wyatt Smith continues his excellent leadership with 0 points, and putting the game winner in our own net.

What a joke of a player.

With the series not looking good, who do you think gets summoned to the Black Aces?

They could've brought in a legit no. 1 center that could lead this team, and not a 32-year old washed up grinder.

But to answer you, the Black Aces should be Big Dog, Jeffrey, Conner, Lovejoy, Engelland, and Thiessen. I don't remember how many they usually take

Sounds about right...I'd also give Vitale and Wagner a shot if there's room. I'm not sure how many they take.

As for Wyatt Smith, please go to Europe or a rival AHL team, PLEASE. It's a real shame Bayda wasn't available for the playoff run.

I would imagine Nick Johnson would be on it if he's healthy?

Forgot about him, don't know how! He's definitely ahead of Vitale and, IMO, Jeffrey.

We'll find out soon who the Black Aces are, as WBS has just been swept.
