The Pitt Super Panthers kick off another exciting season of football in two weeks versus the Delaware Blue Hens.
5. Is Tyler Boyd the best or the best?
6. How will the Super Panthers do this season? I say 7-5:
DEL - W - 30-17
@BC - L - 13-24
@FIU - W - 27-21
IOWA - W - 17-13
AKRON - W - 38-33
@UVA - L - 30-38
VTECH - L - 20-38
GTECH - L - 24-28
DUKE - W - 41-20
@UNC - W - 30-27
SYR - W - 35-10
@MIA - L - 16-34
7. Please bring back the script and the stickers, and modernize along the lines the bring back the script guy on twitter has created:
Every other school has multiple variations these days, but these are actually all excellent looking, especially the all-whites with yellow helmet.

b.) Pitt is going to stink
c.) Kenny the kangaroo was planning to go to the BC game but can no longer attend. UNC is a possability as well.
d.) A ho hum 7-5 sounds about right

Et tu, Kenny? I like them so much more than what we wear. I'd be fine with the true classic script as well, but I like those mockups a lot.

The script is good. The neon blue and yellow, meh.

I saw what had to be a Pitt Super Panther rolling down greenfield avenue at 7:00 am towards the south side facilities. This guy was in one of those large grey sweat suits with one of those weird shoulder strap nylon bags with the panther logo and #98. This would otherwise be unremarkable, except #98, and in this gentleman's opinion, the best player on the team, rides a scooter.

They should crush Boston College, BUT, that game has Pitt loss written all over it.
7-5 sounds about right. They lose to BC, 2 out of 3 between UVA, VT, and GT, UNC, & Miami.
Assuming that the line will be improved, I think their offense has the potential to be really good. They are going to have a hard time getting all their weapons on the filed.
The defense is what concerns me. The need at least 3 guys to step up this year, which is a long shot with the current personnel they have on that side of the ball.

They're going to beat VT and ruin a perfectly decent VT season because Pitt ruins other people's nice things. They're on the same level as Boston College.

Nah, that would mean UConn would replace Pitt, and no one wants UConn.

I dig the script logo. The color 'tan' should be banned from any/all Pittsburgh sports.

I'm also on team modern script. 55 percent of schools are blue and gold and 0 have that ugly yellow color. Own it Pitt

What's the word on Voytik in relation to a special talent like Sunseri?

Rated much higher coming out of high school than Sunseri was.
Lead Pitt to a come from behind win versus Bowling Green in the Pizza Bowl, which is something that Tino never did in 3 years as a starter.
Finally, the most important piece, he is not Tino Sunseri.
