*** Akallabêth ... Game Thread ***
The Edain reached Númenor and established the greatest kingdom of Men the world has seen before or since.
They became mighty mariners and sailed from their island across all the seas of the world, visiting every continent and even reached the Gates of Morning in the farthest East. But never did they venture West of their homeland, for that alone was forbidden to them. Being Mortal, they were not suffered to approach the Undying Lands.
For more than three thousands years their power and splendor increased.
But with their might and glory, their haughtiness and pride grew and they began to resent the Ban of the Valar. They abandoned their friends, the Elves, and became kings and tyrants over the lesser Men of Middle-Earth.
Now some are even beginning to speak openly about breaking the Ban and sailing even unto the Undying Lands in the West.
However, there still remain some Númenoreans who wish to stay this road to destruction. The Faithful they are called.
But can the Faithful stop the King and the King's Men?

I'd like to be flippant and lynch him right off the bat but I'm going to read too deep into this omission and assume he's a regular.
With nothing to go on and nothing to lose I'll start with lynch BigMcK solely because he's the player on the list that tends to play the most quietly, except maybe relentel but rel had a burst of activity the other day so hopefully he'll grace us with his presence. No hard feelings BigMcK, just a feeling. It beats a random.org fiasco that will take a day to sort out.

He's usually quiet because of the time difference. In fact, if we bandwagon him this morning he wouldn't even have the chance to tell you he was green before he was awake/at the computer.
Lynch Zaro
because he's good, and doesn't play often enough, so he scares the bejeezus out of me.

Going to post in the Warz alert thread in NHR that the game has started as well.
I think that's acceptable outside talk.

Glad we avoided Random.org and voted in completely different ways anyway.

Yes, sorry. I initially hit the color code button twice and it was a mess, I'll gladly own up to it. I thought about doing a random.org but figured people would think it was a ZOMG BADDIE TELLdodint wrote:(you edited that)

I'm kinda with dodint on reading too much into redwill forgetting to include MRandall in the writeup roster. If he was an RP I would assume he would not be forgotten.

Wow, so much praise. I guess I won't hold that vote for me against you then.CBear3 wrote:He's usually quiet because of the time difference. In fact, if we bandwagon him this morning he wouldn't even have the chance to tell you he was green before he was awake/at the computer.

I know. You didn't change any content, just the botched Font Color formating. I'd delight in a Day 1 modkill for something like that from such an experienced member, though.shafnutz05 wrote:Yes, sorry. Re: *** Akallabêth ... Game Thread ***
Problem is that I don't like any of these votes. I don't like lynching good players on day 1. I'd rather they stick around for a day or 2 to see how things go. BigMcK is on the west coast and I don't like lynching someone who can't defend themselves (yet). I already stated why I think MRandall is probably blue, but that could have just been a copy/paste error.
