Since this thread is about the show no spoilers should be needed. However, it would be nice if you started each post with the season and episode number so the reader can stop before having anything spoiled.

I'm not sure I can buy Laurel as a fighter. At least Sara was pretty ripped, but Laurel is stick thin (I guess the same goes for Thea). And even though we don't see much here, we see, um, a lot of Nyssa in Spartacus, and she seems to have the physique for it.

It feels weird to say this, but the Lazarus Pits have to be the most realistic way for them to go with this, right? I really hope they don't try to tell us that Dig and Felicity find him at the bottom of cliff, give him some magic island herbs, and he's good to go.

I completely agree with you. It has to be the Lazarus Pits. Anything else would, somehow, be ridiculous.

Is it just me, or does Roy kinda suck? He doesn't seemed to get used much and when he does get in on the action he's far from useful. I'd like to see Diggle get more action, but with his baby and the growing cast of costumed vigilantes, I guess he's destined to become Felicity's sidekick.
The spoiler is that, yes, Roy does kinda suck now. I thought they did a pretty good job last season credibly building him up from random street punk to Arrow sidekick. Plus, there was the relationship with Thea and being dosed with that drug to make him more interesting/connected to the main proceedings. Now, he's usually just hanging out in the background nodding or glowering depending on the scene. Maybe they should have killed him off at the end of last season.
