You're either a godless barbarian or a scum-ridden criminal, but regardless of your past you are all here as equals. The only thing that matters is what you do in the arena: fight or die. I am your lanista, Malkinus Isus Myus Homeboyus







The main game mechanic will be slightly different than normal Warz games. There are the lanista's spies, the heroes and the arena fodder like normal, but the night phase will be changed. Instead of the reds voting for who they wish to straight up murder in the night, the reds will instead choose two gladiators to fight in the arena. The two gladiators who are chosen will then have to PM me a set of five moves and whoever wins the most out of the five wins the fight and the other one is, well, dead.

The three moves that a gladiator can choose from are:

• strike
• counter
• shield

The moves are settled rock-paper-scissors style, where

• strike beats shield
• counter beats strike
• shield beats counter

so, if for example, redwill and I were chosen to battle in the arena, we each send in our moves (without the other gladiator seeing them, of course) :

redwill moves: strike, counter, strike, shield, strike
MIMH moves: counter, shield, shield, strike, counter

so they will are evaluated as:

redwill MIMH
------------------
strike < counter
counter < shield
strike > shield
sheild < strike
strike > shield

So I, naturally, would kill redwill because I'm awesome and win the fight, 3-2. If the fight is tied after five moves, the winner will be decided randomly.



Another change is the addition of the Champion role, which is given to the player who has the most arena wins (or if two or more players are tied in wins, whoever holds the Champion title retains it until someone gets more wins than the Champion has, so, if the Champion has 2 wins, someone has to get 3 wins to take the title over). The person who has the Champion role will be granted two powers: they will be given an extra day lynch vote AND start with one automatic arena move win. So, if in the fight between redwill and I above, I was the champion, I would win 4-2 instead of just 3-2 because I'd have the extra move win.


I think that's it for now. I like big games so I'm looking for 20+ players if possible.
