tagalongs and there's no debate to it. samoas are for communists (that's straight from Alton Brown's mouth) and if I want a minty cookie, I'll just combine an oreo with an andes mint... it'll be just as good.

This thread is no bueno without a poll.

And anything with coconut is gross city and doesn't deserve mentioning. Samoas are disgusting.

Thin Mints are a nice change of pace. I picked up 5 boxes of tagalongs today just for myself lol I thought polls were disliked.

Girl Scout cookies are the least fulfilling cookies around. You can eat a whole sleeve, be hungry ten minutes later, and have no sense of what you ate. Like bad Chinese food.

Thin Mint. No question. Tag alongs a distant second. The rest might as well not exist.

We actually have a sign in our window that says "No soliciting... unless you have Thin Mints."

Big props to the Girl Scout who left a note on our door that said: "You weren't home. I have thin mints. We'll be back Wednesday."

Taglongs, no question. Thin Mints taste good, but that is the perfect example of being able to put down a sleeve of cookies and not knowing you had a single one five minutes later. Ultimately unsatisfying.

Saw an article earlier this week about how the Girl Scouts use two different bakers and the cookies aren't the same nationwide. The cookies from the "other" bakery looked like pure heresy. Couldn't imagine living in an area with the bad bakery.

Tagalongs

The shortbread ones with a layer of fudge on the bottom used to be good but no purveyors in my area had them.

Every year Mrs. Cake and I have the Thin Mint vs Samoas debate. I am all about Samoas but since she does the cookie ordering we always have 5x as many Thin Mints.
