Older players, not so much.
Is 30 years old the top level that you can contribute to a roster? With the explosion of young players available, and players available from outside North America, the shelf life, or window, of older players seems to be shrinking.

Re: Young Players League
There are 40 year Olds playing, but it seems like more guys are... losing their abilities around 30. A lot of guys that seem like they should be solid contributors for another 6 years just stop producing.
