Is it me, or did this free agency period die down a lot faster than the previous two seasons?

agreed. Most teams already have 12 forwards and 7 defenseman already signed...no patience...Could get some good buys right about now...

i absolutely CAN NOT believe that somebody actually signed him

if you cant crack STL's roster consistently (even to the point where he was placed on waivers) you are in bad shape. Hes a poor man's gary roberts who has become injury prone because of his style of play. if he plays more than 20 games this season, i would be incredibly surprised.
