TV Shows
I feel like just talking about Community is a bit excessive, and i'm in the process of catching up on a few shows, so i'm going to randomly comment on them all here.
The newest episode of Community, Physical Education, is pretty amusing so far. Abed being "another version of himself cracked me up", and Senor Chang saying adios at the beginning was pretty clutch. Thats all I got.

Re: TV Shows
Didn't we have a community thread? I thought I had made one originally when it came out, but I couldn't find it. I did find an amusing fortKNOX thread from before I came here about lgp community though.

You were the one that told me to start watching it when it first started to run.

Re: TV Shows
Weak. The baby episodes of The Office are the next ones for me to watch. If they aren't the low point of the season, i'll be shocked.

Re: TV Shows
who here wants to live in a world where Stanley has 2 lovers, and no one else has any? <Stanley raises hand> Only thing in that episode that made me laugh. I think I'm done with the office, as much as I love Jenna Fisher...

Re: TV Shows
THis was the classic episode that annoys the hell out of me, just as I suspected. After I watch this second one, I expect to stop watching this show for a while.
Dwight taking care of the mold is pretty amazing.

Modern Family: I love when Manny starts talking like the freak that he is. There's no place where I - Just get your coat.
Also: "He comes from a long line of fisherman and smugglers. I encourage the fishing."
I just lost it when the driving instructor guy smiled for Hayley. I should probably go sleep.

I thought this season of the office has been pretty decent. Looking forward to catching up on it and community on my voyage back from the desert.

Unrelated note, it sounds like there are some creatures outside my window munching on the prickly pear catci which seems like a silly idea

Re: TV Shows
My shows are as follows:
Monday
How I Met Your Mother - This weeks episode with J Lo was ok. Marshall is starting to get all of my nerves though. He is acting to gay.
Rules of Engagement - I enjoy this show. Thought tonights was good.
Two and a Half Men - I'm pretty much done with this show. Used to love it, but it got stale. I may quit.
Big Bang Theory - Great show. Tonight's was pretty good IMO.
Tuesday
Nothing
Wednesday
Modern Family - missed last weeks, still need to watch it. Both moms are hot as hell IMO. Great show.
Thursday
Community - Loved last weeks. Great show overall
The Office - Didn't really like the baby episode. Few parts where I laughed. To me, this show either strikes out, or makes me pee my pants. There is no gray area.
Sunday
The Simpsons - Missed last weeks. The show isn't nearly as good as it once was, but after 20 years of watching, it is just habit.

I started watching Archer--good times.
Oh, and I tried watching a couple episodes of The Wire and was bored senseless.

One of my old college roommates teaches in the school where they film The Wire. Some crazy stuff going on in and around that place.

Re: TV Shows
I'm looking forward to Justified on FX, I think it starts next week. 2 of my top 5 shows in recent memory (The Shield and Sons of Anarchy) came from the same network and look to be of similar mold, so I'm pretty psyched. Plus, Shane from The Shield is in it.

Re: TV Shows
I watch pretty much everything that NAN watches except for the Simpsons, which I stopped watching a couple years ago. You can add 30 Rock to the list, and occassionally Parks and Recreation if nothing else is on. I also like Ghost Hunters and GHI.

The Big Bang Theory is great. Jim Parsons (Sheldon) should win an award. What an actor.
