Please Help My Dog

I had to bring my Yorkie into the vet on Friday. She has really bad diabetes. She was in the hospital all weekend because her ketones were really high. I have to pick her up today and I have no way of paying the bill. If they can't get her ketones to go down and I can't afford further treatment, they're going to tell me I should put her to sleep. Life just seems to dump on me again and again, my car is falling apart but I have to keep putting off repairs, I haven't been able to find a better job or at least get more hours, my food assistance got cancelled for no reason now I have no money in the bank and nothing in the fridge. I know I've never met any of you and for all you know I'm a huge jerk but I ask please help my dog. Share the link and if you can, please make a donation of any size.
