Well Shero lucked out again and scores the number 1 overall pick followed by the Rangers and the Blackhawks.

Brian Burke wants to redesign the draft lottery that you can't get the No.1 pick for the next 3 years after you win it. and he feels only the bottom 5 teams should have a chance at No.1

I kinda liked his ideas, you want to bottom feeders to get better. I don't want to see a team that just missed to playoffs get the 1st overall selection, doesn't seem fair.

I might do it easier, the bottom 5 have a draft lottery, and 16-6 has a lottery for the 6th spot. The team who won last year can't win it again the next season. If they win just redo the draft.
