Yup and it was pretty touch and go for a good while. Not impressive at all and a pretty real assessment of what this team is these days. Replay that game 10 times and it's probably about 50 50. Love that Sid got 2g though.

You know your team is bad when you make the Pens look halfway DECENT..
I thought for sure they were going to start coasting after getting up 2-0 and blow the lead. Crosby came in clutch, again, with that third goal. I still say it's time to sell, sell, sell.

Early and late Sid got it done.Strong late shifts where his leadership was on display.
Ned was outstanding.A solid game with him making all the saves to get it done.
For a majority of this game there were turnovers galore and guys floating around doing very little.Barely pressured a weak Goalie in Soderblom.
Jeff Carter and Rickard Rakell had decent games.
Sully burying Puustinen and Puljujarvi is SOP.They barely saw the Ice against a terrible team.
Sid and Ned got this win.Not much else from the bulk of the team.Sad to realize Guentzel will likely not play another game in a Penguin Uniform due to the injury and the lack of scoring depth will only get exposed even more.Dubas has to face the fact that this group isn't going to be in the Playoffs and act accordingly.
