Salvatore's a hack ref, he's corrupt, and he helped give Miami the title in 2006. He's one of the refs the NBA assigns when they want a certain outcome.

The refs are definitely to blame for Dallas' shooting percentage, which is 30% lower than SA.

Refs set the tone early by falling for a Manu flop then giving Carlisle a technical foul. Outcome was decided before tip, but that's nothing new for the NBA.

Didn't watch the game but after watching the replay...pass the freaking ball Lowry. They could've gotten an open look if he got rid of it.

Pacers barely eek out a win. Hibbert actually decided to not suck, at least.

does cp3 know better than to foul a guy shooting a 3 pointer in a 2 point game with about 10 seconds left?

Bill Simmons @BillSimmons 12h
Bennett Salvatore, Tom Washington and Tony Brothers reffing a genuinely important NBA playoff game - what could possibly go wrong?

Doc Rivers was complaining after the game. Don't care about the officiating, you guys (specifically CP3) choked the game away.

Steve Kerr in at Golden State?
He seems more like GM material.

Kerr has a brilliant basketball mind so I don't think it'll be a tough transition for him. He played under Phil Jackson and Popovich so I'm sure he gained a wealth of knowledge. Kerr's definitely an upgrade over Mark Jackson in terms of X's and O's, but the Warriors' players loved Jackson so we'll see. I think he'll be great if they can tweak their lineup a bit.

The Charlotte Bobcats just changed their name back to the Hornets. Everyone continues to not care.

That explains why that quiz I took on Sporcle last night wouldn't take Bobcats... Tried Hornets and got it anyway, but figured that I misremembered which was the current name. /csb

I like how the only recent discussion on here is about Charlotte, a terribly insignificant franchise, changing their name and not about the actual games.
