CBear voted early on Day 1, for Zaro. CBear was killed last night by the reds. Setup or silencing?

I can't see a vet like Zaro making a rookie move like killing the person who voted for him on day 1. Screams setup if you ask me.Willie Kool wrote:CBear voted early on Day 1, for Zaro. CBear was killed last night by the reds. Setup or silencing?

Yeah, I can't remember the last time someone even attempted to "set someone up" like that, since no one believes it anyway

I could see that if CBear were the seer and the reds also had one who knew CBear was an RP.
But CBear was blue. I don't think that would have been why they killed him, especially given what tfrizz said.

It's highly likely that it's neither set-up nor silencing.

cbear is actually a pretty good lowkey RP. Maybe the reds just wanted to get rid of that possibility

Given how quick night 2 went, I was thinking maybe MIMH is the red alpha and unilaterally made the call. Or maybe Zaro knew no one would think he would make that move.tfrizz wrote:I can't see a vet like Zaro making a rookie move like killing the person who voted for him on day 1. Or maybe it was you, to see if someone would jump at that idea and start a bandwagon?

I mean, if we're just throwing stuff at the wall right now, that's a possibility.

After cutting through the hair posts of the past few pages, MIMH is asking a valid question. Why are you here?

I mean, going back to that discussion, this looks like a red trying to appear helpful to the village.Willie Kool wrote:CBear voted early on Day 1, for Zaro. CBear was killed last night by the reds. Setup or silencing?
"Hey, I just killed or had a hand in killing CBear. Let's try to blame it on the guy he was voting for that no one else did."
Just seems like an odd thing to do/say especially when most reds worth their salt wouldn't be that obvious.

OK. Sure, from your perspective it might seem that's possible.MRandall25 wrote:I mean, if we're just throwing stuff at the wall right now, that's a possibility.
I posted that hoping to get some conversation regarding other players going.
My vote is on Crank unless I see something more suspicious than 4 votes on Day 1.
But yet you think I'd be that obvious to post what I did when I think I have a good case against Crank?MRandall25 wrote:I mean, going back to that discussion, this looks like a red trying to appear helpful to the village.

I know what you think your case is against Crank, but I'm not sure I think it holds much weight at this point. I'm just going by what you've posted thus far. Coming out after the night phase and trying to steer the suspicion towards Zaro because CBear happened to vote for him seemed odd.
Like I said, I'm not even sure why I think it's odd, just that it struck me as odd.

Our personal skirmish aside, most of what you do strikes me as odd. But you missing the roster really gnaws at me when I think about lynching you.
I'm not feeling the Crankshaft vote. There is just nothing there for me right now.

This struck me as really weird for a guy who is in his third game and has never made it past Day 2. MiMH has actually stuck by me during this whole spat today, but in rereading everything he gives me the weirdest feels. Other than MR25, that is.MalkinIsMyHomeboy wrote:To me, it is. I've been playing Warz type games for years. Both on another forum (Mafia) and in real life (Assassin).dodint wrote:Our personal skirmish aside, most of what you do strikes me as odd. But you missing the roster really gnaws at me when I think about lynching you.

Yeah, you did say that somewhere now that I recall. It wasn't just that, though. I hope someone comes up with something compelling so I can roll off the vote.
