The German FA's president is threatening to quit FIFA. This is because FIFA whitewashed & bleached Michael Garcia's report on the World Cup bidding for 2018 & 2022. Garcia himself said the summary / Fifa report is erroneous & incomplete.

I'd be fully in favor of this, as I think the European countries basically run soccer anyway.

I have hopes the larger media will get wise to how Qatar uses indentured servitude to build their stadia, but even then I think the sheer amount of money will be too strong to effect any change.

Guess Balotelli can't be scapegoated today.

Liverpool has so many problems right now: Sterling is burnt out, Lovren is just plain old terrible (another example of it on the second Crystal goal) and has the turning capabilities of a cruise ship.

And most of all, they pulled a Tottenham in the sense that they sold their best players (Suarez and bale) for a bunch of slightly above average players. The only time I can remember that transfer plan working is when Juventus sold Zidane and bought nedved, thurham, and Buffon. Otherwise it doesn't really work. They needed to replace Suarez with someone near in capabilities and not buy players like Lovren, llalana, and markovic for too much money. Despite his play balotelli was actually a good buy for the price
