To be fair, this team was built with Durand Johnson in mind. But still yes, it's bad.

Johnson would be getting 15 minutes a night because he sucks defensively. Dixon hasn't evolved as a coach and refuses to recognize that college basketball has changed over the past 10 years.

I agree with what you're saying to an extent but those teams had guys that were nba talents. They exhibited elite skills for college. Cam is the only guy who can do that right now and I'm being generous.

I have a feeling the new AD won't continue Pederson's practice of handing Dixon a lucrative contract extension every other year.

I would take Bennett over Dixon without hesitating. And that's even with the strong suspicion Bennett's going back to Wisconsin whenever Bo Ryan retires.

I don't think Dixon belongs on that list, but I am also surprised by a couple of the names on it. Gregg Marshall (Wichita State) comes in at 25th with $1.7 million and Shaka Smart is 29th at $1.5 million.
