Re: NBA
Jesus, every team just traded their point guards today.
From what I remember, the biggest moves were Dragic to the Heat (probably he biggest pick up, Miami was desperate for a PG), Carter-Williams to the Bucks and Isaiah Thimas to the Celtics (Uh...ok? Not really sure why they did that).
No idea why the Suns just traded two of their three PGs. The picks they got won't be that good...

They have to be fined a lot of money. Every owner would completely support it. They are making a mockery of the league

Re: NBA
This year's draft is shaping up to be a deep one, and the pick they traded for is protected (I think top 5?). In any event, they will have four picks in the top 20. Of course the last couple years they spent their top picks on giant players that were injured, so who knows.

But it's weird to think that they can get a better PG in the draft.shafnutz05 wrote:This year's draft is shaping up to be a deep one, and the pick they traded for is protected (I think top 5?). MCW is averaging 16 points, 7 assists and 6 rebounds on a god awful team. Those are really good stats in a PG deep league.
I could easily see him be the starting PG on a championship team. It doesn't make any sense. Glad to see him out of there though for his sake.

Yeah, blood clots. Sucks
If they had known Bosh was going to be out for the year a day earlier I don't think they make that trade for Dragic. Wouldve been easier to tank than to make a playoff run

Re: NBA
wow, talk about what could've been with him. Wins an MVP and I don't think he's played 82 games since his first injury (could be wrong).
this is also why I didn't understand why people were picking the Bulls to go to the NBA Finals out of the East. They'd only be able to do it with a healthy, 100% Rose but that's a pipe dream in 2015.

Re: NBA
lebron passed scottie pipped to become the forward with the most assists in NBA history (6142) which is pretty remarkable because for his first few seasons, the second best player on the team was Z.

I wonder how many of those assists Pippen got were to MJLetang Is The Truth wrote:lebron passed scottie pipped to become the forward with the most assists in NBA history (6142) which is pretty remarkable because for his first few seasons, the second best player on the team was Z.
similarly, I wonder how many assists Magic had to Kareem. Do you think that's the #1 connection of alltime (point guard/scorer combo)?

Stockton to Malone. Stockton had 5,665 more assists than Magic and Malone is the second highest scorer of all-time. Has to be them, with Magic to Kareem coming in at number two.MalkinIsMyHomeboy wrote:I wonder how many of those assists Pippen got were to MJLetang Is The Truth wrote:lebron passed scottie pipped to become the forward with the most assists in NBA history (6142) which is pretty remarkable because for his first few seasons, the second best player on the team was Z.
