Canes won't be getting anyone back besides Drury, who isn't counted on for much anyway. What Carolina will do is make NJ play in their half of center ice a whole lot more than the Rags.

They really need to change the rule to make it like high sticking--it's the player's responsibility to avoid headshots to other guys. Just because a guy has his head at your shoulder height, and you don't raise your elbow, that doesn't make the headshot less dangerous.

Couldn't agree more. If they want to employ that scumbag, then their stars should be targeted every time he pulls that garbage and the league doesn't respond.
